Friday, March 29th, 2019, took place, for the 5th year in a row, Le Bollicine sul Golfo, the event devoted to national and international wineries which produce sparkling wine and is aimed at the food and beverage industry. The event was held at the prestigious building Stazione Marittima di Piazzale Marinai d’Italia a Trieste.
The event represents every year an excellent opportunity to let your products be seen and known and meet potential clients, collaborators and distributors from Horeca sector and most certainly confront yourselves with professionals from the food and beverage industry.
Among the eminent guests who attended the previous editions we must mention dr. Bruno Cataletto, Italian Champagne Ambassador Roberto Bellini and the President of the Italian Sommelier Association FVG Renzo Zorzi.
The protagonists of the event were 70 wineries from Italy, Slovenia and Croatia which produce sparkling wine, and provided tastings from 2:30 PM until 9 PM. Acting as a setting, wines were paired with local exquisite dishes prepared by well-known chefs form Trieste and offered by local food establishments.
Every year, the event Le Bollicine sul Golfo, attracts a high number of visitors to have them spend a different afternoon and evening.
